Trouble-shooting Your Gocasa.org Experience
CASA Network seeks to provide excellent resources to our members through our new website. If you are having troubles viewing or accessing content, please follow the steps below in order. We would be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Having Troubles Viewing the Website?
- Are you missing members only content? If so, please log in at the top of the page. Not a member? Learn more here.
- Is content distorted or out of place? Please confirm you are using a current browser by clicking this link. You should be using at least Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, Chrome 4, or Safari 4.
- Are cookies enabled? To confirm you are receiving cookies, visit this web page and click on ‘Set Test Cookie’.
Having troubles logging in?
- Are you already logged in? Confirm whether your user name is displayed in the upper right of the page or if there is a login box.
- Do you have your login information? If you have not already done so, you need to update your information to use the new Gocasa.org. Your new user name and password will be emailed to the address you provided for each user.
- Didn’t receive the email? Check your junk e-mail or spam folder. If this problem persists, please contact your IT consultant to remedy the issue and add info@gocasa.org to your contacts.
- Password doesn’t work? Double check that caps lock is not on and that you don’t have any white space before or after your user name or password.
- Reset a lost password: Click on this link and follow the directions.
Still no luck?
Contact us at info@gocasa.org with your member name and email. Please provide any error messages or redirected pages you are receiving when attempting to access the website.
